All universal phenomena can be expressed as interaction beteen the radiant energy of Yang and the collective energy of Ying.As an example, consider the simple phenomenon of a ball rolling. The ball has mass(Yin),and it is moving（Yan).To understand the energy of Ying, consider differenece between a massive bowling ball, and a light tennis ball. The bowling ball is far more stable and phisically imposing. To understand the energy of Yang, consider the speed at which the ball is rolling. The faster ball is more dynamic and energetic. Likewise, in any phenomenon, we can identify Yan and Yin working together as counterparts.
